What we do

Three pillars. One mission.

Our programmes are shaped by the communities they serve — practical, people-centred and built for lasting change across Haringey, Islington and Camden.

Youth

Youth Empowerment

We invest in young people aged 11–25, giving them the tools, confidence and networks to build their own futures.

Young people in North London face real barriers — from underfunded schools and limited job opportunities to the pressures of social media and community violence. Our Youth Empowerment programme meets young people where they are, offering mentoring, creative workshops, leadership development and safe spaces to grow.

What young people gain

  • One-to-one and group mentoring from trained community mentors
  • Creative and digital skills workshops
  • Leadership and public speaking development
  • Access to employment and education pathways
  • A safe, supportive peer community

Women's Programmes

Supporting women to lead, connect and thrive — through skills, solidarity and community.

Our Women's Programmes are built around the understanding that women — particularly Black and minoritised women — face compounding inequalities that require targeted, community-led responses. We offer a range of programmes focused on wellbeing, economic empowerment, leadership and peer support.

What women access

  • Wellbeing and mental health support groups
  • Skills training and employability workshops
  • Women's leadership and advocacy development
  • Peer networks and community solidarity
  • Signposting to specialist services and support

Environment

Environmental Stewardship

Building a greener, more sustainable North London — together.

Environmental justice is community justice. Our Environmental Stewardship programme connects people to the natural world on their doorstep, builds green skills and advocates for cleaner, greener neighbourhoods. From community growing projects to environmental education, we believe everyone deserves access to green space and a healthy environment.

What the programme delivers

  • Community growing and urban gardening projects
  • Environmental education for young people and families
  • Neighbourhood clean-up and greening initiatives
  • Advocacy for green space access and environmental equity
  • Training in sustainable living and food growing
