Engage and Elevate Project C.I.C was formed to turn five decades of frontline charity expertise into lasting community transformation. Our directors have been delivering life-changing initiatives across North West London, building a proven track record of high-impact partnerships with the London Mayor’s Office, Children in Need, and Sport England. We combine this deep-rooted local knowledge with the strategic experience required to bridge the gap between grassroots needs and national funding, ensuring every project we lead truly elevates the lives of those we engage.

YOUTH EMPOWERMENT
We don’t just "run programs"—we give young people the keys to their own future. From our base in Finsbury Park, we’re all about turning potential into power through relatable mentorship, creative outlets, and real-world skills. We provide the safe space and the loud support every young North Londoner needs to level up.

THE WOMEN'S NETWORK
We believe that when you empower a woman, you strengthen the entire community. Our initiatives are strategically aligned with London Boroughs of Islington and Haringey’s core goals: dismantling inequality, fostering safety, and creating a fairer economy for all. We are building a legacy of independence and confidence across North West London, ensuring no woman is left behind.

TOLERANCE & SOCIAL COHESION
We serve as dedicated advocates for a unified North West London, actively dismantling prejudice-related barriers through strategic community mediation and high-level cultural exchange. We champion the right to a respectful, integrated society by leading the charge on interfaith initiatives and expert conflict resolution workshops.

SUSTAINABLE LIVING
Environmental stewardship isn’t just a policy—it’s a cornerstone of how we build a stronger community. Through our initiatives, we are actively transforming urban spaces into vibrant hubs of sustainability and education. We believe that a greener borough leads to a healthier, more connected life for everyone who lives there.

ENDING HUNGER
We are fierce advocates for the right to nutritional security, moving beyond temporary relief to address the root causes of food poverty across North West London. We champion a sustainable local food system by integrating emergency assistance with community-led sharing networks and neighbourhood potluck initiatives that turn food into a tool for social cohesion.

GANGS, DRUGS & EXPLOITATION
We are relentless advocates for the safety and future of our North West London youth, working at the frontline to disrupt cycles of Gang involvement & substance misuse. We champion evidence-based intervention by finding alternative pathways that replace violence with opportunity through high-level community mediation. Our advocacy goes beyond the surface

To engage, empower, and elevate the communities of North West London by providing transformative programs that bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. We are dedicated to dismantling systemic barriers for young people and women, ensuring that every individual—regardless of their starting point—has the tools to lead a self-determined and successful life & directly supports the strategic goals of Islington and Haringey. Together, we are building a fairer, safer community to transform the landscape for young people and women across North West London

Our team is a powerhouse of experience, lived knowledge, and passion. We aren’t just administrators; we are mentors, advocates, and North Londoners dedicated to creating real-world change. Having navigated the same streets as the youth and women we serve, we bridge the gap between grassroots needs and strategic solutions. Together, we combine professional precision with a "boots-on-the-ground" approach to ensure every member of our community has the support they need to rise.

Our vision is to transform North West London into a blueprint for urban resilience, where a person’s postcode never limits their potential. We envision Islington and Haringey as vibrant, equitable boroughs where young people lead with confidence, women achieve total economic independence, and sustainable green spaces flourish in every neighborhood. By bridging the gap between lived experience and strategic investment, we are architecting a future where our community doesn't just survive the challenges of urban life, but stays ahead of them.
